| The drawbead plays a very important role in automobile covering part forming processes. Using drawbead can control the blank deformation size and deformation distribution in large range, restrain many kinds of quality problems of pressing from crack, wrinkle, distortion and so on. Under many circumstances, setting drawbead even determines pressing success or failure. This article summarizes the current status of dawbead in sheet metal forming on its principle, restrain force model, influence factors etc. |
