离子聚合物-金属复合材料(Ion-exchange Polymer-metal Composite,IPMC)因其形变展现出高度的非线性且自身具有质量轻、机电转换能力强和对大变形耐受性高的独特性质,在医疗、电气、机械、航空航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景。主要综述了同类型的材料在驱动性能和原理上的差异,从离子在电场中的迁移、膜内静电力和水分子导致的溶胀3个角度研究了IPMC的驱动原理,汇总分析了相关理论并建立了相关计算模型,分析了离子交换膜、电极和阳离子对驱动性能的影响因素,针对该问题提出了优化方案并期望对整体驱动结果进行改善。根据应用场景,综述了IPMC作为驱动器和传感器的应用案例。最后,对面向驱动器的离子聚合物-金属复合材料研究中仍然存在的难题和挑战进行了展望。 |

Ion-exchange polymer-metal composite (IPMC) has a wide range of applications in medical, electrical, mechanical, aerospace and other fields due to its deformation of a high degree of nonlinearity and unique properties of light weight, high electro-mechanical conversion ability and high tolerance to large deformation. The comparison and difference of the driving performance and principle of the same type of materials are mainly reviewed. The driving principle of IPMC is investigated from the three perspectives of the migration of ions in the electric field, electrostatic force in the membrane and the swelling caused by water molecules. The proposed theories are summarized and analyzed, and the related computational models are established. The affecting factors of the ion-exchange membrane, the electrode and the cation on the driving performance are analyzed, and the optimization schemes are proposed to deal with the problem and are expected to improve the overall driving results. According to the application scenarios, the application cases of IPMC as actuators and sensors are reviewed. Finally, the remaining challenges in the research of ion-exchange polymer-metal composites for actuators are outlined. |
