目的 研究氧含量对T2纯铜药型罩EFP成形的影响,指导药型罩的研制设计和生产过程的质量控制。方法 从微观组织、冲击韧性和高温力学性能3个方面探讨不同氧含量(0.001%和0.09%,质量分数,下同)对T2纯铜药型罩EFP成形的影响,并进行静爆试验进行对比验证。结果 微观组织表征结果显示,2种试样的晶粒度基本一致,均存在再结晶组织,但氧含量为0.09%试样在晶界处存在大量的Cu2O。冲击韧性试验表明,在相同工况条件下,与氧含量为0.001%试样相比,氧含量为0.09%试样的冲击功大幅度降低。由高温力学性能试验可以得出,氧含量为0.09%试样的抗拉强度和断面收缩率均小于0.001%试样的,且随着温度的升高,降幅趋势增大;在静爆试验过程中,氧含量为0.001%试样的EFP均正常工作,而氧含量为0.09%试样的EFP出现异常,杵体发生断裂,靶板未被穿透。结论 氧含量对T2纯铜药型罩EFP成形至关重要。当氧含量较高时,会在晶界处形成偏聚状态的氧化亚铜,进而造成药型罩塑性和韧性大幅下降,影响EFP成形,甚至造成杵体断裂,使EFP成形失败。在选用T2纯铜材质的药型罩时应当严格规定其氧含量。 |

The work aims to study the effect of oxygen content on EFP forming of T2 pure copper liner, and guide the design and quality control in manufacturing process. The effect of different oxygen contents (0.001% and 0.09%) on EFP forming of T2 pure copper liner was investigated from the aspects of microstructure, impact toughness and high-temperature mechanical properties, and the results were verified by the exploding experiment. According to the microstructure characterization results, the grain size of the two samples was basically same, and there were recrystallization structures in both samples. However, the sample with oxygen content of 0.09% had a large amount of Cu2O at the grain boundary. The impact toughness test results indicated that under the same working conditions, the impact energy of the sample with oxygen content of 0.09% was significantly lower than that of the sample with oxygen content of 0.001%. The results of high-temperature mechanical properties test showed that the tensile strength and section shrinkage of the sample with oxygen content of 0.09% were smaller than those of the sample with oxygen content of 0.001%, and the decreasing trend was greater with the increase of temperature. In the exploding experiment, the EFP of the sample with oxygen content of 0.001% worked normally, while the EFP of the sample with oxygen content of 0.09% was abnormal, where the slug broke and the target was not penetrated. The oxygen content is very important for the EFP forming of T2 pure copper liner. When the oxygen content is high, the cuprous oxide formed in the state of polarization at the grain boundary will greatly reduce the plasticity and toughness of the forming, affect the forming of EFP, and even cause the fracture of the slug, resulting in the failure of EFP forming. Therefore, when T2 pure copper liner is used, its oxygen content should be strictly stipulated. |
