目的 得到表面质量良好的铝合金薄壁构件,研究不同工艺参数对表面质量的影响。方法 对厚度为1.5 mm、径厚比为107︰1的AA6061铝合金板进行单点增量成形,利用正交实验与对照实验研究各工艺参数对表面质量的影响,并对实验过程中成形件起卷的现象进行分析与讨论,最后结合极差分析与方差分析结果,得到兼顾表面质量与成形效率的最佳工艺参数组合。结果 各工艺参数按对表面质量的影响由大到小的顺序依次为:层进给量、润滑条件、成形轨迹、工具头半径、进给速率。与层进给量为2 mm相比,层进给量为0.5 mm时的成形件表面质量明显更优。当主轴转速降低至500 r/min时,可以避免表面起卷,使构件顺利成形。结论 层进给量是影响表面质量的重要因素,层进给量越小,薄壁件表面质量与成形性能越好;降低主轴转速可以有效避免成形过程中板料起卷的现象;液体润滑剂的流动性较好,使用液体润滑剂可避免润滑失效,其润滑效果优于脂润滑的润滑效果;进给速率对表面质量的影响较小,适当提高进给速率可以有效提高成形效率。 |

The work aims to obtain aluminum alloy thin-walled components with good surface quality and investigate the effect of different process parameters on the surface quality. In this study, a 1.5 mm thick AA6061 aluminum alloy plate with a diameter-thickness ratio of (107︰1) was subject to SPIF. Orthogonal and comparative experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of various process parameters on surface quality and the phenomenon of forming part buckling during the experimental process. Finally, the best combination of process parameters that balanced surface quality and forming efficiency was obtained by combining the range analysis and variance analysis results. It was found that the weights of the effect of process parameters on surface quality were in order:vertical pitch, lubrication conditions, forming trajectory and tool radius and feed rate. The surface quality of components formed with a vertical pitch of 0.5 mm was significantly better than that of components formed with a vertical pitch of 2 mm. When the spindle speed was reduced to 500 r/min, the surface buckling could be avoided, and the component could be formed smoothly. Vertical pitch is an important factor affecting surface quality. The smaller the vertical pitch, the better the surface quality and formability of thin-walled components. Reducing spindle speed can effectively avoid the phenomenon of plate metal buckling during forming. Liquid lubricants are better than grease lubricants due to their good fluidity and ability to prevent lubrication failure. Feed rate has little effect on surface quality, and increasing feed rate appropriately can effectively improve forming efficiency. |
