      钢筋混凝土结构在大型建筑、道路桥梁、机场码头、核电等领域应用广泛,市场上高大工程建筑对大直径、超长钢筋的需求持续增加,超长钢筋由多根钢筋通过螺纹连接构成,实现每根钢筋连接端头螺纹的高效精密成形至关重要,是目前迫切需要解决的难题。分析了国内外钢筋两端螺纹的制造工艺,论述了钢筋端头螺纹滚压塑性成形的基本原理和工艺过程,对钢筋连接端头的剥肋尺寸、滚压模具的结构、工件与滚压模具之间的轴向运动以及滚压成形前模具的相位要求等多方面的问题进行了总结;对目前国内外钢筋端头螺纹滚压设备的基本原理、工作过程及其特点进行了总结,从而为建筑用钢筋两端螺纹的高效精密滚压成形工艺和设备技术的提升与推广奠定良好的基础。
英文摘要:
      Reinforced concrete structures are widely used in large buildings, roads and bridges, airport terminals, nuclear power stations, and other famous architectural fields. With the continuous growth of the demand for large-diameter and extra-long steel bars in tall engineering buildings on the market, it is urgent and vital to realize the high-efficient and precise manufacturing of threads at both ends of each steel bar since multiple steel bars are connected through threads. The manufacturing process of threads at both ends of steel bar at home and abroad was analyzed. The basic principle and process of rolling and plastic forming of steel bar end threads were discussed. The problems such as the stripping rib size of steel bar connection end, the structure of rolling die, the axial movement between workpiece and rolling die, and the phase requirement of die before rolling forming were summarized. The basic principle, working process and characteristics of the rolling equipment for steel bar end threads at home and abroad were further concluded, thus laying a good foundation for the promotion and popularization of high-efficient and precise rolling forming technology and equipment technology for two end threads of building steel bars.
