增材制造Ti合金的制件性能能否优于传统铸件、锻件的性能是研究人员关注的重点,亟需开展系统化的检测与评价方法研究。主要综述了增材制造Ti合金构件材料应变检测及相关成形性能基础理论研究中存在的不足和国内外研究现状,结合笔者的研究经历,围绕增材制造现阶段的研究热点,数字散斑相关方法(Digital Speckle Correlation Method,DSCM)应变精度检测进行了概述,进而综述了DSCM应用于增材制造应变检测的可行性,提出了DSCM方法构建检测评价体系的关键科学问题和解决思路,论述了增材制造环境下DSCM方法应变检测及成形极限可视化的实验方案,分为数字散斑测量系统、应变测量方法及理论、应变比对及成形极限可视化实现机理。最后,对该方向的研究进展进行了总结,并对其发展前景和主要发展方向进行了展望。 |

Whether the properties of Ti alloy by additive manufacturing is better than that of traditional castings and forgings is the focus of researchers' attention, and there is an urgent need to carry out systematic detection and evaluation methods. The shortcomings in the basic theoretical research on material strain detection and related formability of Ti alloy components by additive manufacturing and the research status at home and abroad were mainly summarized. Combined with the research experience, the research hotspot of additive manufacturing at the present stage and the digital speckle strain accuracy detection were generalized. Then, the feasibility of applying digital speckle correlation method to additive manufacturing strain detection was reviewed, and the key scientific problems and solutions of DSCM method in constructing detection and evaluation system were put forward. The experimental scheme of DSCM strain detection and forming limit visualization in additive manufacturing was discussed, which was divided into digital speckle measurement system, method and theory of strain measurement, realization mechanism of strain compare and forming limit visualization. Finally, the research progress in this direction was concluded, and the development prospect and main development direction were prospected. |
