目的 为了准确控制模具的温度,提高铸件品质和效率。方法 设计基于滑模控制的模具冷却控制系统。首先,以低压铸造模具冷却工艺为基础,分析不同模具温度对铸件品质的影响,明确模具温度控制的重要性。基于浇注温度、冷却水温度以及模具温度,对模具冷却过程进行建模,获取冷却水和模具的热传递函数。然后,采用三向(左、右、底部)冷却方法,建立冷水循环系统框架,并以比例阀为控制对象,设计模具冷却控制系统的架构。最后,选用STM32F103T6控制器作为核心,设计模具冷却控制系统的硬件架构,并引入滑模控制方法,利用温度控制的误差建立滑模面函数,进而构造控制律,以实现对模具冷却温度的控制。结果 此模具冷却控制系统对模具温度的控制准确度较高,且控制过程较为平稳。结论 此模具冷却控制系统可提升铸件品质和效率。 |

The work aims to accurately control the temperature of mold and improve the quality and efficiency of casting. A mold cooling control system based on sliding mode control was designed. Firstly, based on the cooling process of low-pressure casting mold, the effects of different mold temperature on casting quality were analyzed. The importance of mold temperature control was clarified. Based on the pouring temperature, cooling water temperature and mold temperature, the mold cooling process was modeled. And the heat transfer function of cooling water and mold was obtained. Then, the framework of cold water circulation system was established with the three-way cooling method of left, right and bottom (left, right and bottom). The architecture of mold cooling control system was designed with proportional valve as the control object. Finally, with STM32F103T6 controller as the core, the hardware architecture of mold cooling control system was designed, and the sliding mode control method was introduced. The sliding mode surface function was established with the error of temperature control, and then the control rate was constructed to control the mold cooling temperature. The mold cooling control system had high accuracy in mold temperature control, and the control process was relatively stable. The mold cooling control system designed in this paper can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of castings. |
