目的 揭示新型高强韧钛合金Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al(Ti6554)在710~910 ℃和0.001~10 s−1条件下的热变形行为、热加工图和微观组织演化机制。方法 基于Gleeble-3800D热模拟试验和金相观察,基于实测数据拟合Arrhenius型全应变本构模型。结果 建立了本构模型;建立了应变为0.1~0.9的热加工图;Ti6554钛合金在温度高于850 ℃、应变速率低于0.1 s−1和应变大于0.6的条件下,会发生明显的动态再结晶现象。结论 预测流动应力值与实验值的最大误差为10%,为制定Ti6554钛合金锻件热加工工艺提供了理论依据。 |

The work aims to reveal the hot deformation behaviors, hot working map and microstructural evolution of high-strength ductility titanium alloy Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al (Ti6554) under conditions of 710-910 ℃ and 0.001-10 s−1. Through Gleeble-3800D hot modeling test and metallographic observation, the Arrhenius full-strain constitutive model was fitted based on measured data. The constitutive model ( ) was established and the working maps at strain values from 0.1 to 0.9 were prepared. When the temperature was higher than 850 ℃, the strain rate was lower than 0.1 s–1 and the strain was greater than 0.6, the obvious dynamic recrystallization occurred in Ti6554 titanium alloy.The largest relative error between the predicted value and the measured value is 10%, which provides a theoretical basis for developing the hot working process of the Ti6554 titanium alloy. |
