目的 对机械加工过程中的Al屑和Ti屑进行回收再利用。方法 以Al屑和Ti屑为制备Al-5Ti-0.25C合金的原材料,分析Al屑和Ti屑的加料温度、反应温度和反应时间对Al-5Ti-0.25C微观组织的影响,确定最佳制备工艺。在此基础上研究Al-5Ti-0.25C的添加量、细化温度、细化时间和搅拌处理对纯铝的细化效果,确定最佳细化工艺,并与商用杆状Al-5Ti-1B合金对比细化效果。结果 最佳制备工艺:加料温度为860 ℃、反应温度为950 ℃和反应时间为60 min。最佳细化工艺:Al-5Ti-0.25C合金的质量分数为0.2%、细化温度为730 ℃和细化时间为2 min,搅拌处理。添加0.2%Al-5Ti-0.25C合金(质量分数)后,纯铝平均晶粒尺寸细化到大约200.2 μm。细化时间低于60 min时,Al-5Ti-0.25C合金无明显衰退现象。结论 以机械加工产生的Al屑和Ti屑为原材料制备Al-5Ti-0.25C合金,可以有效解决Al屑和Ti屑的回收难题,而且Al-5Ti-0.25C合金的细化效果优于商用杆状Al-5Ti-1B合金。 |

In this paper, Al and Ti chips produced by machining were used as raw materials to prepare the raw material of Al-5Ti-0.25C alloy. The effects of the addition temperature, reaction temperature and reaction time of Al and Ti chips on the microstructure of Al-5Ti-0.25C were analyzed to determine the best preparation process. On this basis, the refinement effects of Al-5Ti-0.25C addition, refinement temperature, refinement time and stirring treatment on pure aluminum were studied to determine the best refinement process and compare the refinement effects with commercial rod Al-5Ti-1B alloy. The results show that the optimal preparation process is that the feed temperature is 860 ℃, reaction temperature is 950 ℃ and reaction time is 60 min. The optimal refining process is that the addition amount of Al-5Ti-0.25C alloy is 0.2%, refining temperature is 730 ℃ and refining time is 2 min, with stirring treatment. After adding 0.2% Al-5Ti-0.25C alloy, the average grain size of pure aluminum is refined to about 200.2 μm. When the refining time is less than 60 min, the fading phenomenon in Al-5Ti-0.25C alloy is no obvious. The preparation of Al-5Ti-0.25C alloy with Al chips and Ti chips produced by machining can effectively solve the problem of recovery of Al chips and Ti chips. And the refining performance of Al-5Ti-0.25C alloy is better than that of commercial rod-like Al-5Ti-1B alloy. |
