      目的 研究顶管轧制工艺中不同压下率对ZK60镁合金管材显微组织和力学性能的影响,为顶管轧制工艺制备镁合金管材提供借鉴和指导。方法 基于有限元模拟及顶管轧制实验,对不同压下率下的模拟及实验结果进行对比验证,分析不同压下率下的镁合金管材轧制过程以及过程中的组织演变规律。结果 随着压下率的增加,管材整体应变呈上升趋势,并从外到内递减。在压下率为45%时,累积应变达到峰值,晶粒得到明显细化。轧制后材料的强度由273 MPa提升至377 MPa,伸长率由29%下降至10%。结论 使用顶管轧制工艺完全可以制备ZK60镁合金薄壁管材,这为高强薄壁镁合金管材的制备提供了一种新的方法和途径。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different reduction rates in the pipe-jacking rolling process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60 magnesium alloy pipes is studied, and it provides reference and guidance for the pipe-jacking rolling process to prepare magnesium alloy pipes. Based on the finite element simulation analysis and the pipe jacking rolling experiment, the simulation and experimental results under different reduction ratios are compared and verified, and the rolling process of magnesium alloy pipes under different reductions and the microstructure evolution law in the process are analyzed. With the increase of the reduction, the overall strain of the pipe shows an upward trend and decreases from the outside to the inside. When the reduction rate is 45%, the cumulative strain reaches its peak and the grains are significantly refined. After rolling, the strength of the material increases from 273 MPa to 377 MPa, and the elongation decreases from 29% to 10%. It is possible to prepare ZK60 magnesium alloy thin-walled pipes using the pipe jacking rolling process, which provides a new method and approach for the preparation of high-strength thin-walled magnesium alloy pipes.
