目的 研究卡箍夹紧后对胶管管径变形率的影响。方法 采用有限元方法建立了静力计算模型,计算了不同夹紧力作用下卡箍的变形受力情况。结果 仿真结果表明,在1100,1500,2100 N的驱动力作用下,胶管管径的变化范围分别为0.4~0.6,0.75~0.9,1~1.25 mm。采用机器视觉对卡箍、胶管的变形进行测量,结果表明,在卡箍的作用下胶管的直径由14.3 mm减小至13.65 mm。胶管防腐层变形率为36.8%大于保护层变形率20.2%。结论 通过形成过盈配合,可以提高管路系统的密封性能。 |

The work aims to study the effect of the clamp on the deformation rate of the hose diameter. The static calculation model was established with the finite element method, and the deformation and stress of the clamp under different clamping forces were calculated. The simulation results showed that under the driving force of 1100, 1500, 2100 N, the variation range of pipe diameter was 0.4-0.6, 0.75-0.9, 1-1.25 mm, respectively. The deformation of the clamp and pipe was measured by machine vision. The results showed that the diameter of the hose under the action of the clamp was reduced from 14.3 mm to 13.65 mm. The deformation rate of anti-corrosion coating of rubber hose was 36.8%, which was higher than that of protective layer by 20.2%. The sealing performance of pipeline system can be improved by forming interference fit. |
