      陶瓷材料具有高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀等一系列优异特点,将其与传统金属材料进行高性能冶金连接,可以实现优势互补,并充分发挥陶瓷的优异性能,在现代工程领域具有广泛的应用需求。从化学键型和物理性质两方面对陶瓷与金属的冶金连接特性进行了分析,阐述了陶瓷与金属冶金连接的主要难点,综述了陶瓷与金属的常用冶金连接方法,主要包括钎焊、扩散焊、自蔓延高温合成焊接和熔化焊等,重点介绍了其原理、特点和研究进展。在此基础上对未来陶瓷与金属冶金连接的发展方向作出了展望。
英文摘要:
      Ceramics have a series of excellent characteristics such as high strength, high hardness and corrosion resistance. To gives full play to the excellent performance of ceramics, joining them with traditional metals for complementary advantages has a wide range of application requirements in the field of modern engineering. In this paper, the metallurgical joining characteristics of ceramics and metals were analyzed from chemical bond type and physical properties. Main difficulties for ceramic and metal metallurgy joining were described. Common metallurgical joining methods of ceramics and metals were summarized, including brazing, diffusion bonding, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis welding and fusion welding, etc., of which the principles, characteristics and research progress were mainly introduced. On the basis, the future development direction of ceramic and metal metallurgy joining technology was prospected.
