      目的 研究热处理温度对变形后TC17合金微观组织演化和组织形态分布的影响。方法 对变形后网篮组织TC17合金开展热处理试验,定量分析α相球化率、体积分数随热处理温度的变化情况,采用两点相关函数表征不同热处理温度下TC17合金混合组织形态分布。结果 随着热处理温度的升高,变形后TC17合金α相球化率增大,体积分数减小。不同热处理温度下片层α相和等轴α相对应的两点相关函数曲线波动程度不同。结论 变形程度及热处理温度较低时,随着热处理温度的升高,等轴α相的分布均匀程度升高,片层α相的分布均匀程度降低。当变形程度及热处理温度较高时,随着热处理温度的升高,由于α相体积分数的迅速减小,等轴α相的分布均匀程度降低。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to study the effect of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure evolution and distribution of the deformed TC17 alloy. Heat treatment experiment was carried out on the deformed TC17 alloy, and the globularization fraction and volume fraction of α phase at different heat treatment temperature were quantitatively analyzed. Two-point correlation function was used to characterize the mixed microstructure distribution of TC17 alloy at different heat treatment temperature. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the globularization fraction of α phase increased, but the volume fraction phase decreased. The two-point correlation function curves of lamellar α phase and equiaxed α phase fluctuated differently at different heat treatment temperature. When the degree of height reduction and heat treatment temperature are low, the homogeneous distribution degree of equiaxed α phase and lamellar α phase increases and decreases respectively with the increase of heat treatment temperature. When the degree of height reduction and heat treatment temperature are high, the distribution of equiaxed α phase is more inhomogeneous due to the rapid decrease of the volume fraction of α phase with the increase of heat treatment temperature.
