3D打印技术以数字化、网络化、个性化、定制化特点被认为将推动第3次革命技术,金属/陶瓷粉末构件的3D打印技术是目前先进制造技术的重要发展方向。主要介绍了3D打印成形金属/陶瓷粉末技术及其在航空航天等领域的应用现状和展望;详述了3D打印用金属粉末制备方法及不同工艺下粉末的特点及适用范围,进而综述了3D打印用金属粉末设备的工作原理。最后,对该方向的研究进展进行总结,并对其发展前景和主要发展方向进行展望。 |

3D printing technology, which is digitized, networked, personalized and customized, will drive the third industrial revolution. 3D printing Technology for metal/ceramic powder is a significant development tendency in advanced manufacturing technologies. This paper mainly introduced 3D printing technology of metal/ceramic powder and its apply and prospect in the field of aviation and aerospace application; detailed the applicable scope of the 3D printing metal powder preparation method and characteristics under different technological conditions; and then summarized the 3D printing metal powder with the working principle of preparation. Finally, research progress of the direction was summarized, and the prospects of its development and the main direction for the future were discussed. |
