目的 分析影响吊臂折弯精度的因素、影响规律,进而找到提升吊臂板折弯精度的控制方法。方法 通过理论分析、数值计算、试验研究的手段,探讨材料回弹、残余应力、设备挠度补偿等对吊臂折弯精度的影响。结果 通过调整折弯行程,合理利用折弯机自带的挠度补偿装置、降低吊臂板原材料的内应力,可将吊臂的折弯合格率提升至99%及以上。结论 可以通过调整和控制回弹量、应用挠度补偿措施以及选择残余应力小的板材的方法来提高吊臂折弯精度。 |

The paper aims to analyze factors and rules affecting the accuracy of boom bending to find the method to improve the accuracy of boom bending. Influences of material springback, residual stress and compensating equipment deflection, etc. on accuracy of boom bending were analyzed by theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and experimental study. The bending qualified rate of the suspension arm can be raised to 99% or more by adjusting the bending stroke and using the deflection compensation device of the bending machine and reducing the internal stress of the raw material of the suspension plate. The method to improve the bending precision of the boom can be realized by adjusting and controlling the amount of springback, applying deflection compensation measures and selecting plates with low residual stress. |
