目的 膛线是身管的关键部位,其主要作用是使弹头旋转运动, 以保持弹头飞离膛口后稳定飞行。膛线成形性的状况对枪管的初速、精度都有重要的影响,故需要分析径向锻造过程中不同锻造比对身管膛线成形性的影响。 方法 使用有限元商业软件 Abaqus 建立三维有限元模型,对身管膛线的成形过程进行数值模拟,得出不同锻造比对身管膛线成形影响的规律。 结果 锻造比大于 35%时,阴线的边界处的 Mises 应力大于材料的强度极限,膛线因应力过大而扭曲;锻造比小于 15%时,阳线上的菱角处成形不充分,膛线的阴、阳线边界不分明;当锻造比为 25%时,膛线应力分布在合理范围内且成形良好。 结论 通过仿真得出新材料的合理锻造比范围在 25%左右,在 15%~35%之间。 |

Rifling is a key part of the barrel. It mainly drives the warhead to rotate and move so as to maintain the established direction after leaving the muzzle. The rifling forming has important influence on initial velocity and precision of barrel.Therefore it is necessary to analyze the effect of different forging ratio on barrel rifling forming in radial forging. Athree-dimensional finite element model was created by the commercial finite element software ABAQUS. Numerical simulationwas conducted for the rifling forming to get the regularity of forging ratio on the barrel rifling forming in the radial forgingprocess. When forging ratio was larger than 35%, the Mises stress of negative line was greater than the strength limit of the material, rifling would distort due to excessive stress; when the forging ratio was less than 15%, the forming of masculine line wasnot sufficient; when the forging ratio was 25%, rifling stress was distributed within the reasonable range and forming was good.Through the simulation, the reasonable forging ratio range of the material in the forging process is approximately 15%, between15% and 35%. |
