目的 优化 5A06 铝合金半球形薄壁零件充液拉深成形工艺参数。 方法 首先利用有限元方法对铝合金半球充液拉深成形过程进行有限元仿真。对其中的关键工艺参数压边间隙和液室压力进行详细分析,优化工艺参数,然后进行实验验证。 结果 当压边间隙较大时法兰起皱, 当压边间隙较小时零件破裂。液室压力过大,零件悬空区胀形量过大,壁厚减薄严重,容易破裂。若压力过小,液室压力的摩擦保持作用不明显,也容易使板料过度减薄而破裂。 结论 压边间隙控制在 2.7~2.8 mm 之间,液室压力控制在 15~25 MPa 之间,可以成形出合格零件,实验结果与有限元仿真结果相符。 |

The aim of this study was to optimize the hydromechanical deep drawing process parameters of semisphere. Firstly, the process was simulated by finite element method. Two key process parameters, blank holder gap and die cavity pressure, were discussed and optimized. Then the experiment was implemented. The results shown that blank holder gap and die cavity pressure had important impact on the process. If blank holder gap was too large, the flange blank wrinkled. If it was too small, the crack occurred. If the pressure was too high, the blank suspended would crack due to over bulging. If the pressure was over low, the blank would over thin and crack due to the function of friction was reduced. Thus, blank holder gap and die cavity pressure must be controlled in appropriate scope. When the blank holder gap was between 2.7 and 2.8 mm, the pressure was controlled between 15 and 25 MPa, the 5A06 alluminium alloy semisphere can be formed once time. The experiments results were consistent with that finite element simulation. |
