The current development of six kinds of typical pressure assisted forming processes was reviewed. The six processes are sheet hydroforming, tube hydroformnig, pulsating hydroforming, warm hydroforming, granular medium forming, hot metal gas forming, whose principle was introduced and the state of the art was reviewed, involving new theory, new structures, novel process, device & equipment, industry application, etc. |
