目的 研究130 mm 头螺毛坯的成型工艺。 方法 该头螺是一种深孔锥形件,原毛坯生产工艺经过两次加热,两次压型,预冲孔、冲孔成形,使用三台次压机,加工工序长,机加余量大。 对给定圆形悬臂梁的挠度方程进行了推导,利用得出的结果对头螺原毛坯工艺进行了分析和计算,重新设计了毛坯和成型工艺。 结果 改进后的新工艺为一次加热,一次压型,预冲孔、冲孔,使用一台次双工位压机完成。 结论 新工艺通过了批量生产验证,并取得了显著的经济效益。 |

This experiment studied the forming process of a 130 mm head screw. The head screw was a kind of deep hole conical part. The original blank production process was two-time heating, two-time press, pre punching and punching forming, during which three pressing machines were used and the machining process was long and the machining allowance was big. Deflecting equation for a given circular cantilever beam was deduced in this experiment and the obtained results were used to analyse and calculate the blank process of head screw to redesign the blank and forming process. The improved process was one heating, one pressing, pre punching and punching forming, which only needed one double-station pressing machine. The new technology passed mass production verification and achieved remarkable economic benefits. |
