目的 为商用聚变堆包层第一壁生产提供新的加工思路和参考方法。 方法 在不同工艺参数条件下进行了某牌号低活化马氏体钢 U 形件的成形实验;分析了挤压温度、挤压速度和圆角半径对某牌号低活化马氏体钢 U 形件成形效果的影响。 结果 试件的尺寸精度达到要求,U 型流道直壁厚度尺寸误差不大于 7. 6% ,直壁高度误差不大于 8. 0% ,截面面积误差小于 4. 5% ,保证了流道的等截面性。 结论 该工艺提高了试件的成形尺寸精度和材料的利用率,具有较大的理论和实践意义。 |

The aim of this work was to provide new processing ideas and reference methods for production of the first wall of commercial fusion reactor blanket. The forming experiments of low activation martensitic steel U-shaped part were conducted under different process parameters. The influences of different extrusion temperature, extrusion speed and fillet radius on the forming result of low activation martensitic steel U-shaped part were analyzed. The dimensional precision of molded parts met the requirements. The wall thickness dimension error of the U-shaped part was no more than 7. 6% , and the straight wall height error was no more than 8. 0% , and the error of cross-sectional area was less than 4. 5% , guaranteeing the equal section of the flow passage. In conclusion, this process improved the forming dimensional precision of the specimens and the utilization rate of material, and has great theoretical and practical significance. |
