目的 为缩短模具产品开发周期,降低制造成本。 方法 构建了模具的数字化设计与快速制造系统,从造型、结构分析、虚拟设计、成形工艺仿真与优化等方面,阐述了数字化设计的过程,并介绍了 RP 和 RT 制造的方法。 最后以玩具车齿轮为例,阐述了模具数字化设计与快速制造的应用。 结论 模具的数字化设计与快速制造,为新产品开发提供了一种快速而又经济的方法。 |

Objective To shorten the mold production cycle and reduce manufacturing costs. Methods The digital design and rapid manufacturing systems of mold were built, and the digital design process was illustrated through modeling,structural analysis, virtual design, molding process simulation and optimization, etc. And the RP & RT manufacturing methods were introduced. At last, using toy car gear as an example, the mold design and digital rapid manufacturing process were described. Conclusion Digital design and rapid Manufacturing technology of mold provide a fast and economical method for the development of new products. |
