针对传统半连续铸造结晶器在 HMn57-2-2-0 . 5 锰黄铜生产过程中出现的问题,分析了制约产品浇铸质量的关键因素。 采用一、二次冷却水独立供给系统,通过对喷射水流孔径、喷射角大小及独立的“ 水-气冶 混合冷却系统进行改进,设计出一种适合复杂铜合金半连续铸造用新型结晶器。 实践证明,该新型结晶器对解决复杂铜合金中心裂纹、内部缩孔、分散疏松等问题非常有效,能提高铸造成品率,降低生产成本。 |

For problems in the production of the HMn57-2-2-0. 5 manganese brass using traditional semi-continuous casting crystallizer, the key factors which restrict product casting quality are analyzed. By one and secondary independent cooling water supply system, improvement of the jet flow aperture, jet angle and independent " water-gas" mixed cooling system, a kind of new semi-continuous casting crystallizer to product complex brass alloy is designed. The practice proves that this new type of crystallizer can solve problems of center crack, internal porosity and scattering and loosening of complex brass alloy, and improve the casting yield, lower the production cost. |
