With research for a welding production line of an automobile company, Witness simulation software is selected to establish a clear system-level simulation model. According to the simulation objectives, two groups of simulation are designed. According to the simulation results bottleneck, equipment utilization and matching of equipment capacity are analyzed, which provides a scientific basis for production scheduling planning, production line planning and layout. |
