在管材弯曲成形系列研究中,针对管材弯曲过程中助推工艺对弯管横截面畸变和壁厚减薄进行有限元分析。 利用有限元方法分析了在不同材料、不同相对壁厚条件下,助推对弯管横截面畸变和壁厚减薄的影响,并推导出不计截面畸变时的壁厚减薄率公式。 结果表明,在管材弯曲过程中,对不同材料和相对壁厚的管材,助推可缓解管材横截面畸变,减小外侧壁厚减薄程度。 此外,随相对壁厚减小,助推对截面畸变和壁厚减薄的缓和程度均有所增加。 对于较易发生塑性变形的材料,助推工艺的壁厚减薄缓和作用明显,而对于不锈钢,则在截面畸变方面缓和作用明显。 |

In the series of explorations on tube bending, finite element analysis, aiming at cross section flattening and wall thinning in tube boosting bending process, is carried out. For tubes with different materials and relative wall thicknesses, the effects of boosting bending on cross section flattening and wall thinning are investigated using finite element method, and the formula of wall thinning ratio without considering cross section flattening is also derived. It is indicated that boosting bending can relieve the degree of cross section flattening and wall thinning at the extrados of the tube. In addition, with the decrease of relative wall thickness, the alleviation of cross section flattening and wall thinning by boosting will be increased. The alleviating effect of boosting bending on wall thinning is more pronounced for the materials that have good plasticity and that on cross section flattening is more significant for stainless steel. |
