      结合材料四相特性及板料的各向异性,构建TRIP钢应力应变关系及屈服准则,基于Tomita and Iwanmoto(TI)理论模型,建立TRIP钢本构关系,实现其冲压成形过程仿真。实验结果表明四相硬化混合准则可以准确描述含有TRIP钢硬化特性。单向拉伸实验、平面拉伸实验结果同计算结果比较说明相变模型可以定量预测变形过程中的马氏体转变。圆筒件冲压成形结果同实验结果表明,理论模型同样可以合理描述冲压成形过程中马氏体的变化规律。
英文摘要:
      Tomita and Iwanmoto (TI) model has been developed to simulate the TRIP steel sheet forming process with four phases (ferrite, bainite, retained austenite and martensite). Anisotropic yield function has been used to replace Mises yield function in TI model. A mixture hardening law with four phases has been developed instead of the mixture hardening law with two phases. Mixture hardening law with four phases is verified by experiment data. The retained austenite volume fraction has been used to describe the comparison between experiment data and simulation. Uniaxial stretching, plane-strain stretching and balance biaxial stretching have been used to approve that the constitutive equation is correct. Can deep drawing has been simulated with the constitutive equation in this paper, and transformation of retained austenitic is agreed with experiment measuring results.
