This article describes a kind of newly developed hot simulation experiment device design idea, working principle, the function and application scope. Experiments show that the experiment device may be used to carry on hot and cold tensile and compressive tests of the material, accurate measuring of the mechanical properties within the scope of -100~800 ℃, thermal fatigue testing of materials, and thermal cycling fatigue life speculation of the material under constant load according to the material experiment request. This device can be used in practice and research and teaching in the field of application. |
