对航空用高温TA12钛合金板材在室温和高温条件下进行杯突和扩孔试验。结果表明:室温条件下,TA12钛合金板材的杯突值IE为3.0 mm左右,扩孔率仅为3%左右;在880 ℃条件下,杯突值IE增加到4.4 mm,扩孔率提高到13%左右。说明TA12钛合金板材的室温胀形能力和翻边成形性能较差,在高温条件下能够有一定的改善。 |

TA12 titanium alloy is a high temperature alloy for aeronautical industry. The cupping testing method and hole expanding test were carried out for TA12 titanium alloy sheet at room temperature and elevated temperature. The results reveal that the cupping testing IE value is about 3.0 mm and the hole expansion rate is about 3% at room temperature. At the elevated temperature, the cupping testing IE value increases to 4.4 mm and the hole expansion rate increases to 13%. It shows that TA12 titanium alloy sheet exhibits poor cold expanding and flanging formability. The increase of temperature will partly improve the formability of TA12 sheet. |
