| This paper mainly introduces the utilization of the elastic-plastic finite element method (by software MSC/Mentat.) on the cold-formed steel molding process simulation analysis of roll forming process, the load distribution are predicted. By modifying groove parameters to make the load distribution reasonable, the quality of the finished product steel are in control, which provides force parameters for cold-formed steel molding equipment design and checking. |
