      简要回顾了中国前上料短行程铝挤压机的发展历程,对其独有的节能价值进行了论述,并结合中国当前铝挤压加工业面临着节能、减排战略的挑战,提出了若干降低铝挤压加工能耗的措施和方法。同时,还对中国积极发展特大型、高端、智能的挤压设备与工艺研究的必要性进行了分析。
英文摘要:
      The development course of aluminum extrusion press with front loading and short stroke in China was reviewed briefly, its particular energy conservation value was discussed, and some measures and methods for reducing energy consumption of aluminum extrusion process was brought forward in face of strategic challenge of energy conservation and emission reduction. At the same time the need for developing positively oversize-top-intelligent extrusion press and process research in China was analyzed.
