| Gas cutting which has great influence on the quality of sheet metal cutting is widely used in metal cutting process. In this paper, the factors affecting the quality of cutting surface are analyzed, such as the cutting oxygen pressure, cutting speed and angle, distance between cut mouth and cut pieces, and countermeasures for each factor are put forward. Finally, the safe use of cutting torch is summarized. |
