Based on the analysis on the forming process of the laser tailor-welded front longitudinal, the stamping process of front longitudinal is investigated by using DYNAFORM software. Influence of different technical parameters on the forming results is discussed by numerical simulation. In order to control the disfigurements the improving processes are proposed based on the simulation results. This study is valuable to the process design of tailor-welded blank forming and practical production. |
