Aiming at the characteristics of auto body as complicated deformation during stamping process and uncertainty of forming technical parameters, the stamping process of auto doorsill's inner panels was investigated by the software DYNAFORM. Influence of different technical parameters on the forming results was discussed. The optimized technical parameters were used to carry out simulation verification, and finally guided the design and die tryout. |
